Serene Modesty Return Policy

 At Serene Modesty, every garment is crafted with care and inspected before it reaches you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Please note that returns are only accepted if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size choice, or if you simply no longer want the item.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you believe your item is faulty or you have received the wrong product please contact us at hello@serenemodesty.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect sizing choice, sale items, or gift cards.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal items such as undercaps or inner wear.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
